See DetailsChoosing the right screw for the right occasion requires comprehensive consideration of factors such as materials, functions, environment, and load. The following is a systematic selection guide to help you quickly match screws with usage scenarios:
I. Core selection factors
1. Material matching
Metal parts connection:
Light metal (aluminum/aluminum alloy): Select stainless steel A2/A4 or aluminum screws to prevent electrochemical corrosion
Steel: 8.8 grade and above carbon steel galvanized screws (such as color-coated zinc, Dacromet)
Non-metal parts connection:
Plastic/wood: coarse-thread wood screws or self-tapping screws with cutting grooves (such as Type AB)
Composite materials: double-thread screws (high and low thread design to prevent loosening)
