The equipment adopts a cylindrical furnace shell welded from high-quality steel plates and steel sections, lined with lightweight energy-saving refractory bricks, and supplemented with aluminum silicate fiber wool and thermal insulation silica bricks as insulation materials to ensure that the furnace structure is sturdy and durable and has excellent thermal insulation effect. The heating element uses high-resistance alloy wire (such as 0Cr25Al5), which is wound into a spiral shape and installed on the inner wall of the furnace. With the advanced hot air circulation system, the temperature uniformity in the furnace is controlled within ±5℃.
