RJ2 Series 650℃ Pit-type Tempering Furnace

The RJ2 series 650℃ pit tempering furnace is suitable for tempering heat treatment of metal parts and light alloy parts. Its rated temperature is 650℃, and the maximum temperature can reach 650℃. It is widely used in annealing, tempering and solution treatment of steel parts, light alloy parts, etc., and is particularly suitable for heat treatment of long rod-shaped, shaft-type parts and light alloy parts.
The equipment adopts a cylindrical furnace shell welded from high-quality steel plates and steel sections, lined with lightweight energy-saving refractory bricks, and supplemented with aluminum silicate fiber wool and thermal insulation silica bricks as insulation materials to ensure that the furnace structure is sturdy and durable and has excellent thermal insulation effect. The heating element uses high-resistance alloy wire (such as 0Cr25Al5), which is wound into a spiral shape and installed on the inner wall of the furnace. With the advanced hot air circulation system, the temperature uniformity in the furnace is controlled within ±5℃.
