RT2 Series Bogie Type Resistance Furnace

RT2 series trolley resistance furnace can be used for heat treatment processes such as normalizing, annealing, quenching and tempering of metal parts. This series of resistance furnace adopts a full fiber structure design, has excellent thermal insulation performance and energy-saving and environmental protection characteristics, the rated temperature can reach 950℃, and some models can reach up to 1200℃, which is suitable for the heat treatment needs of large and medium-sized metal parts and equipment racks, steel strips, steel coils, etc.
RT2 series trolley resistance furnace adopts composite fiber insulation materials and ultra-lightweight high-strength refractory materials, combined with advanced heating elements and automatic temperature control systems, which can realize multi-zone heating and automatic temperature control functions, ensuring furnace temperature uniformity ≤±7.5℃, short heating time (≤2.5 hours), significant energy-saving effect, and empty furnace power loss as low as ≤14KW.
The furnace body adopts high-quality steel plate welded shell, and the furnace lining is composed of a variety of refractory materials, including high-strength lightweight refractory insulation bricks and diatomaceous earth insulation bricks, etc., with good high temperature resistance and service life. The trolley in and out and the furnace door lifting are all electrically operated to reduce labor intensity. At the same time, it is equipped with a double-layer sealing design to ensure safe operation and environmental friendliness.
